Medication Management:
 (Cost $150.00 to $450.00)

Medication Management can become difficult for some Assisted Living Homes, don't let this happen with yours.  We will review your Medication Management and ensure that you stay in compliance.

Do you know that there are procedures as to expired or discontinued medications?

Do you know that altered medications can get you into serious trouble with Licensing?

PRN's ... Can your residents comprehend and request over the counter medications?

Policy and Procedures for handling medications are rapidly changing with Licensing.  Are you prepared? Our  Residential Care Consultant, L.V.N. can ensure that you are in compliance.

Residential Care & Admissions:

The Admissions Agreement should outline all basic and non-basic services, and all costs associated, does yours?

Most Assisted Living Homes are non-compliant with their Admissions Agreement.  Don't be one of them!

Employees/Staff Documents:
 (Cost $150.00 to $450.00)

Do you know that all new hired staff must have immediate orientation of topics that include Elder Abuse, First Aid, Employee and Resident Rights, Sexual Harassment, Workman's Comp and more?  And if you carry a Dementia Waiver ... an additional six hours of Dementia training.

What if you hired someone who worked at another home/facility.  Do they still need this training?  YES.  Can you transfer their Criminal Background Clearance?  YES, but do you know the time limitations?

Dietary - Food Preparation:
 (Cost $150.00 to $450.00)

Dietary and Food Preparation is extremely important.  Do you know the temperatures are, for storing food?  Portion sizes and Dietary concerns, can trouble some Assisted Living Homes.

Residential Care Consultants can advise and review your currently policies and procedures and advise you to new ideas in special dietary concerns of your residents.
